Our annual conference is a brilliant way to learn what is happening globally and locally as we share best practice and key learnings.
This year’s theme is: The Accessibility Awakening. Our 2022 conference agenda looks at how the era of change we’ve experienced through COVID has brought a whole new understanding to accessibility and inclusion in the workplace. At this conference we looked at the upcoming trends and the ways accessibility and inclusion can be promoted and sustainably embedded in organisations. Read the conference programme, or view the full agenda and see who were the speakers at our 2022 Conference on our website.
Held on Thursday 9 June 2022, we welcomed 480+ people at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and virtually, making this the biggest conference we’ve ever had. Read the highlights from our Conference and celebrating Award winners.
Access the recordings and resources
In person and virtual ticket holders have access to the recording of the event, the transcript, and accessible versions of the slides, which are now available on the MCEC platform. You were sent an email from Australian Network on Disability with the link to the platform early last week, so please check your emails to access this content.
Access the recording from the platform main page by going under the ‘Sessions’ heading (bottom left hand side), and clicking on ‘The Accessibility Awakening National Conference’ (orange box).
Once you’re on this page, the Conference recording should start automatically, and the transcript and slides can be found on the right-hand side of the page under the tab ‘Files’.
Please contact us at conference@and.org.au if you would like these instructions in another format.
This year, for the first time we held an Awards Night the evening before the conference. This event showcased the achievements, thought leadership, and commitment from our members throughout the year. Find out more about the awards night.
